Wayne Johnson obtained SB and SM degrees in aeronautical engineering in 1968 and Doctor of Science degree in 1970 from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Later, as Conceptual Design Manager, he led several conceptual design projects (technical studies and business cases) for Commercial, Executive, Agricultural and Defense Business Units. He later held the position of Sales Support and Market Analysis Manager for Executive Aviation, based in Singapore. He started as Product Strategist in the Market Intelligence and Strategic Planning Team. Senior executive with 18+ years of experience with solid international career, Maurílio is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Embraer.
